We are seeking a talented and motivated CRM and Email Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our customer relationship management systems and executing effective email marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM platforms, email marketing best practices, and a data-driven approach to optimize customer engagement and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our CRM platforms, including configuration, customization, and data integrity to support marketing and operations processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of CRM and email strategies with overall business goals and marketing initiatives
  • Partner with the Business Systems Analyst on the US Legal Groups’ Operations Team for cohesive end-to-end workflows
  • Implement marketing automation workflows within the CRM to nurture leads and customers throughout their journey, increasing engagement and conversions
  • Analyze CRM and email campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve strategies and achieve KPIs
  • Conduct A/B testing of various email elements to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
  • Segment the databases to create audiences for dedicated communications
  • Partner with the content team to create compelling email copy
  • Manage cross-platform integrations using Zapier
  • Create marketing source attribution strategy and implementation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, email regulations, and emerging technologies to continually enhance email marketing strategies
  • Monitor customer data quality and accuracy within the CRM and initiate corrective actions as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) as a CRM Specialist, Email Marketing Specialist, or similar role
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms and email marketing tools
  • Nice to have HubSpot Certification
  • Must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Must have an open and direct communication style with the ability to professionally present executive summaries to Cardinal Concepts leadership and clients
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, A/B testing, and automation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate and complete customer data
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments and communicate insights clearly
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
